Beginner language learners should start off with expanding their vocabulary from something around them first before getting into something that is more advanced or abstract. It is always highly suggested to study the nouns or verbs which are simple and physical. In this article we will introducing the people and and places at school.
People at school
Teacher : a person who teaches students at school.
Teacher assistant : a person who helps the homeroom teacher in the class controlling and helps the students do the class activities.
Homeroom teacher : The main teacher in the class. The one who teaches the lessons to students.
School principal: school director, a person who is in charge of the entire school.
Couch : a trainer, instructor or a teacher teacher who teach sport and music.
Secretary : a person whose job is to write letters, make phone calls or arrange meetings especially for a school principal.
Student : learner, people who study in the classroom and they have to do classwork and homework.
Classmate : all students in the same classroom are called classmates.
Janitor : a person whose job is to do all the cleaning in the school compound.
Counselor : a person who talks and gives advice to students who have problem with their studies and classmates.
Artist : a person who paints pictures at school.
Librarian : a person who works in the library to manage all the books.
School bus driver : a person who drives the school bus carrying students from home to school and vice versa.
Staff : all people work in a school or a company.
Electrician : a person who fixes electricity.
